We don't know the reason, but Harmony was dropped off to fend for herself by a busy highway. She was lucky that one of our League members rescued her and is fostering her in her home. This sweet Border collie mix is about a year and a half old, has one blue eye and one brown eye, along with attractive white markings and white paws!.
